The Firm provides a week-long intensive training program for new principals that join the firm, but for convenience is presented in several sessions. The training program is designed to prepare a new employee to begin working on transactions as quickly as possible.
Our comprehensive training program equips the team with the essential knowledge and practical tools needed to navigate the complexities of Mergers & Acquisitions with confidence and expertise.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in preparing teaser sheets, information memorandums, and seller presentations, which are foundational components of the deal process. We also provide in-depth training on understanding income statements and balance sheets, ensuring you can assess a business’s financial health accurately.
Our curriculum also explores critical areas such as legal matters and contracts, exit planning strategies, and the role of deal professionals, helping you understand when and why to bring experts into the process.
To support the full lifecycle of a transaction, we round out the program with insights into marketing techniques and skills essential for sourcing and promoting deals effectively.
