Barry Selvidge serves as the firm’s Managing Director of Transaction Services. A veteran legal advisor and business executive, Barry directs Neri’s processes to mitigate risk and boost the number and value of successful transactions for our clients. Barry’s extensive M&A background, both as an attorney and a serial entrepreneur who founded, operated, and sold his own companies, provides him with a valuable “walked in your client’s shoes” perspective for managing business sales and serving Neri’s clients at the highest level. Respected as a creative dealmaker and savvy negotiator, Barry supports our principals in guiding transactions to successful conclusions at maximum valuations.
